Comprising ten, two-level residences with roof top terrace, the two and three-bedroom townhouses are a contemporary expression of Abbotsford’s historic row housing.

Comprising ten, two-level residences, the two and three-bedroom Terrace Homes are a contemporary expression of Abbotsford’s historic row housing, each crowned by a private north-facing rooftop terrace that extends the living experience outdoors.

A defining feature of Melbourne’s inner neighbourhoods, the row house is an enduring urban typology—valued for its domestic scale, rhythm, and sense of address. These Terrace Homes reinterpret this tradition through contemporary design, creating homes shaped for the way people live today.

The architecture pays homage to its context through rich red brickwork, grounding the terraces in a material language synonymous with Abbotsford. This solidity is complemented by refined detailing, with shifts in brick orientation and moments of hit-and-miss brickwork introducing texture and variation across the façade. Combined with deft landscaping, this textural richness subtly announces each home while maintaining a cohesive presence along the length of the row.

Terrace Homes:
Full-height glazing and a Juliet balcony draw fresh air and natural light deep into the living space, framing views out across Abbotsford's heritage streets.

Elegant architectural detailing and a considered material palette — natural stone, timber and feature lighting — define the heart of each Turner Terrace home.

Natural stone and porcelain finishes carry the same calm, composed material language through to the ensuite, grounded by warm timber joinery.

Ten two-level residences reinterpret Melbourne’s row-house tradition for contemporary living.

Internally, the planning is distinctly house-like, with private and social zones well separated. Bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while living, dining and kitchen spaces are positioned above on level one — a stair links both levels to the private, north-facing rooftop terrace that crowns each home, looking out over Abbotsford’s heritage streets to Victoria Park and the Yarra River’s tree canopy beyond.

Comprising ten two-level residences with rooftop, the two and three-bedroom Terraces are complemented by the same on-site amenity available to Dacre Building residents — from the Level 1 bathhouse and Residents’ Lounge to the communal garden, bike workshop and dog wash.
